A Sense of Home, Installation Day

On Installation Day, our team of volunteers transformed the space, carrying and placing all of the furniture and home decor into the apartment. I determined the layout of the space and where furnishings should go. Our team painted the walls dark blue (the recipient’s favorite color) to match the color scheme. The trickiest part was carrying furniture up two flights of stairs in 105-degree heat with masks on! Our hard work created a peaceful home space for the happy recipient.
